Parts Warranty 

New

Parts listed as NEW are genuine factory OEM parts and will be warrantied by the manufacturer. We will accept defective parts back for the manufacturer in order to provide an exchange for the part but do not provide refunds on a defective part. Customer will need to contact AW Appliance Parts in order to process the exchange. AW Appliance Parts will need the model number and serial number of appliance the part was installed in. Warranty period starts from date of purchase and not when the part was installed.

AW Brand

Any parts listed and bought as AW are aftermarket AW Appliance Parts Brand and come with a 1 year exchange warranty. Customer will need to contact AW Appliance Parts in order to process the exchange. There are no refunds on defective parts. Warranty period starts from date of purchase and not when the part was installed. 

 

Used

Any part listed and bought as Used carries a 30 day warranty in order to provide the ability for the customer to install the part and ensure the part is working correctly. If there are any issues within the 30 day period, AW Appliance Parts will exchange if possible, otherwise will provide a refund on the part. Customer will need to contact AW Appliance Parts to process the exchange or refund. Warranty period starts from date of purchase and not when the part was installed. 

 

Returns

We will accept returns and refund a part only if the part is in its original packing, has not been opened and the part has not been installed. There is a 5% fee to restock the part and shipping costs if any will not be refunded or covered.

Upon purchase of any used or open box appliance, a detailed warranty will be included with invoice. All our used appliances we sell come with limited 30 Day warranty. 

Delivery and  Installation Fees are not covered under any warranty and are not refundable once an appliance has been ordered via web, email or phone.

New Appliances

All new appliances come with a warranty from  the manufacturer which is 1 year. 

Crosley Appliances come with a much better warranty than most manufactures, go to the Crosley Page for more details

If for any reason, customer is wanting to return an appliance that has been delivered and installed, another delivery and installation fee will be charged. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for any and all returns on new appliances.
